With jumbo rolls, it's possible to print millions of documents per day -- a huge challenge when using conventional cut sheets.

Roll products are gaining in popularity with high volume document printers including financial institutions, insurance companies, hospitals, direct mail houses, and publishing companies.

| What Are Jumbo Rolls?
Jumbo rolls are single part, continuous printed forms on a large 40" to 50" diameter roll. They are printed in up to 6 colors and suitable for a wide range of printing and promotional uses.
Who Uses Jumbo Rolls?
Jumbo rolls are used primarily by high volume computer users on roll-fed, high speed laser printers. Since jumbo rolls can be pre-printed in multi-color formats, they are ideal for use in large-run direct mail campaigns. Among the more common uses are promotional and solicitation letters; credit card, mutual fund or investment statements; membership applications; invoices; and even check printing.
Jumbo rolls are catching on with high volume mailers and document printers as they learn how easily they can expand their capabilities by moving away from traditional cartons of forms. Where employees once spent their days opening boxes to feed machines, they now find a single jumbo roll can yield close to 100,000 letter-size forms before needing to be replenished. With boxed forms, a worker would have opened and fed more than 30 cartons in order to print that same quantity. You can appreciate the time savings that come with the use of jumbo rolls. |
